Boxing Conditioning Class
Our Boxing classes are designed to push your limits & build real fighting endurance. This class combines boxing fundamentals with high-intensity strength & cardio training.
You’ll move through the rounds shadowboxing, bag work, footwork drills, partner drills & explosive conditioning exercises — all while learning proper technique & sharpening your mindset. Whether you’re training to fight or training like a fighter, this class with help you burn fat, build muscle, boost stamina & develop the heart of a fighter.
All levels are welcome. Just bring your energy — we’ll handle the rest.
New to boxing? Start here.
Our Beginner Boxing class is a great way to start your boxing journey. This is a great class if you are brand new to the sport or, if you want to review the fundamentals. This class focuses on building a solid foundation including; stance, footwork, defense, punching technique, and bag work.
You’ll build confidence, burn calories, & develop real boxing skills at your own pace in a supportive, nonjudgemental environment with expert guidance from experienced coaches.

Beginner Boxing
Teen’s Boxing Class
Led by Coach Teon—who has trained over 30 teenagers in the past two years, including 5 active amateur boxers who began in this very program—our teen boxing class goes beyond fitness. Teens will develop physical strength, proper boxing technique, focus, respect, and mental toughness.
Whether brand new to boxing or preparing to compete, this class provides a powerful outlet for growth, self-confidence, and real boxing skill development..
Women’s Only Boxing
Our Women’s Only Boxing class is designed to build strength, skill, and self-confidence in a supportive, all-female environment. This class is taught by co-owner and a dynamic force in Women’s Boxing, Morgan Maccow. In this class women should expect to learn the fundamentals of boxing including stance, punches and movement all while burning calories and feeling empowered.
Expect to leave the class ready to take on whatever life throws at you with your newfound confidence and boxing technique.
All Levels are welcome. No Egos. Just the will to learn
Kid’s Boxing Class
Our Kid’s boxing class is all about building confidence, coordination & discipline in a fun & safe environment. For ages 6-12, this class introduces young athletes to the basics of boxing — including stance, footwork, punches & movement — through structured drills & age-appropriate exercises.
Led by coach Teon, who’s patient & knows how to keep kids engaged & motivated. This class helps build physical fitness, focus & self-control — while letting kids burn energy & have a blast.
No experience needed — just gloves, heart & willingness to learn.
Advanced Boxing Class
Our Advanced Boxing Class is designed for experienced boxers, amateurs competitors, and serious students of the sport who are ready to take their training to the next level. This class is not for beginners, it’s for those who already have a strong foundation in boxing fundamentals and want to push beyond the basics.
Under the guidance of professional boxer & founder Sydney “The Jackal” Maccow, this class dives deep into advanced technique, including:
Complex combinations and counterpunching drills
Ring generalship, movement control, and foot positioning
Defensive layers: slips, rolls, parries, and pivots
Fight strategy, setups, and situational sparring
High-level conditioning tailored for fight readiness
Expect technical drills, and controlled live drills or sparring (as approved by the coach).
Approval is required before attending. Protective gear is mandatory for this class.
